One of a kind Geomungo Musician

Korean-born musician E'Joung-ju, currently based in France,

is a top-tier musician in geomungo, the South Korean traditional music instrument.

She is also the artistic director of the 'Printemps Coréen' Festival in Nantes.

 

Her goal is to create new genres and inspirations by collaborating with various instrumentalists who all have different synergies with her electric geomungo.

 

Driven by great passion and creativity, E'Joung-Ju seeks to prove, through her concerts in Korea and abroad, that the richness of her instrument allows her to adapt to any musical genre; she is the first musician of Geomungo to play fusion music / world music and electro-acoustic music.
